This project is designed to give you two weeks of improved diet and dieting practice. During this time you should find you adopt new and healthier approaches to food.

Our approach is to create a new way of thinking about food, and the way we use it.
For the next two weeks you are going to work with these downloads to adjust certain aspects of your diet. You are not looking for a massive change, simply a gentle move to a healthier diet. These techniques have produce extraordinary results for our clients and we are happy to present them in this easy to use format. After two weeks you will start to find that the techniques become second nature. You can, of course, return to use them whenever you need to.
Follow the steps outlined in the videos, and do so with determination. The hypnosis aspect will reinforce your own existing desire to make this work. It is substantially easier than attempting the same process without the aid of the hypnosis support.
Find somewhere to settle down quietly where you won't be disturbed. Then play one of the videos, whichever one you feel you want to work on today. Don't try and fight the feeling of calm - just let youraelf go with it. Enjoy it. Each time you practice you'll find you become more relaxed.
