When we add a therapist to UltimateHypnosisDownloads.com we do several things. We include a Profile page and we include their downloadable therapies. Therapists earn 50% of the sale of each download. We do expect you to include an image we supply, and html code, on your website with links to your profile page. We then list your therapies on your profile page (Send us your profile information here - http://fd9.formdesk.com/hadley/UHD_TherapistProfile).

Next you’ll have to record a therapy. You should choose a subject that is quite specific, and ideally one that is not already covered (see our list of therapies here). Then you should make a high quality recording. Most recordings are between 10 and 15 minutes in length. Many therapists use software to add a wave track or some other background sound or music. If you do not have this capability, you may still submit your therapy. We may edit in a background sound (and will charge a small fee to do so – usually $20).The quality, in terms of sound, content and performance should be as high as you can make it. We only accept MP3’s.

How do I make a good quality recording without my own studio?

Actually, these days the quality you can achieve using a USB microphone on your computer is close enough. The reality is that most download sites reduce the recording quality to use less bandwidth - so a studio becomes irrelevant. Create the highest quality recording you reasonably can, and go from there.

Hosting and Marketing Each download: 50% of billed amount. Yes, we keep 50% of each sale. Bandwidth costs money, as does the promotion of our site to the thousands who visit it each day.

We do not accept all recordings.  If we are unable to feature your work, we will let you know. Obviously there are no costs to you on files that are not carried on the site. We may reject a file because we already have similar content or that the production quality is not up to our standards. We will not usually create a profile without first reviewing your content and confirming we can use it. It is not our intention to charge for a profile, and then not include your work! It is in everyones interests that we maintain a high standard of quality on UltimateHypnosisDownloads.com.

Technical stuff… You may not understand the following, however if it does make sense to you it may help. The MP3 you send us should be at least the following standard: Sample rate at least 32000, stereo, 16 bit. If that makes no sense at all, don’t worry.  We’ll know.
Important: Name the file your own name, and then the therapy type. So an example would be: RHadleySleep.mp3 or RHadleyInsomnia.mp3

So, now you have a recording. We will need a few things from you. The first will be your Profile information, for your profile page. You can submit that here (http://fd9.formdesk.com/hadley/UHD_TherapistProfile).

The next will be your sound file. Please email that here: uhdsubmissions@gmail.com.  We will set the price for the download according to market levels. Typically we charge about $9.95. This is not always the case, as some therapies warrant special pricing. If we know a therapy is likely to be bought by a young teen we will often reduce the price to make it more accessible, however it is our intention to help our  therapists derive income, so we price ourselves accordingly.

When do I start receiving payments? At the end of each month we produce a report of how much your downloads sold. Some sell like proverbial hotcakes – others just get a sale now and then.  You get sent payment via Paypal at the end of each month.

Promote your Profile page on your website. Ask your clients to visit it, and add therapies regularly. Additionally you may like to add a footer to all your outgoing emails, saying ‘As featured on UltimateHypnosisDownloads.com’. Don’t forget to share your profile on any social networking sites you belong to. In the end, the more you do to provide a diverse array of therapies and promote your own corner of UltimateHypnosisDownloads.com the more you will make. You do of course benefit from the group dynamic of being part of a large group of therapists contributing therapies.
